The most popular option is to have your own professionally trained chef who can introduce you to the secrets of Moroccan cooking, and prepare all the dishes that you have always wanted to try. Your chef can take you shopping while getting ready for the day's meals, and there is no better way to learn how to prepare this magically delicious cuisine than to have someone there showing you every step of the process along the way. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated as can cooking for children or infants.
You are also welcome to take meals at either Dar Les Cigognes or Riad Kaiss for a change of pace or venue. Daily cooking classes are also offered at both sister hotels. Le Nid is also ideal for those who wish to entertain and we are able to prepare dinners for 20 or more people at Le Nid.
Dining at any of the Sanssouci Collection hotels offers a daily changing selection of the best of traditional Moroccan cuisine, cooked fresh, using the freshest seasonal ingredients.
